customer policies
-
All estimates are based on the visible condition of the property and the services requested. Prices may change if additional work, excessive overgrowth, extra materials, or unexpected conditions are discovered. Any significant price changes will be discussed with the customer before additional work is completed.
-
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in advance. Customers will receive an invoice showing the amount due and any applicable charges.
-
Service dates may be adjusted because of rain, snow, severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other unexpected delays. TWIN Landscaping will communicate scheduling changes as soon as possible and work to reschedule service promptly.
-
Customers are responsible for making sure the areas being serviced are accessible. Gates should be unlocked, vehicles moved when necessary, and pets should be kept inside or secured during service.
-
Customers should inform TWIN Landscaping about sprinkler heads, underground wires, hoses, decorations, toys, or other items that may not be clearly visible. TWIN Landscaping is not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked items.
-
Normal cleanup related to the service is included unless otherwise stated. Large amounts of debris, hauling, disposal fees, or dump charges may require an additional fee and will be discussed with the customer when applicable.
-
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a service. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling.
-
Recurring lawn care or maintenance services will continue according to the agreed schedule until the customer or TWIN Landscaping requests a change or cancellation. Service frequency may be adjusted based on weather, seasonal conditions, or property needs.
-
TWIN Landscaping may take before-and-after photos of completed work for business records, portfolio use, and marketing. Personal customer information will not be displayed without permission.
-
Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. After 14 days, pricing may need to be reviewed based on property conditions, material costs, or changes to the requested work.
